Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları
Glowy yalnız 18 yaşını doldurmuş kişiler içindir. Glowy olarak çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) karşı mutlak sıfır tolerans uygularız. Bu sayfa, bu ilkeyi uygulamada nasıl hayata geçirdiğimizi anlatır.
Yasak olanlar
- Çocuk cinsel istismarı görüntüsü (CSAM) üretmek, paylaşmak, istemek ya da bulundurmak.
- Bir çocuğa cinsel amaçla yaklaşmak, güvenini kazanıp kandırmak (grooming).
- Reşit olmayan biriyle cinsel içerikli iletişim; cinsel içerikli görüntü istemek ya da göndermek.
- Bir çocuğu görüntüyle tehdit etmek ya da şantaj yapmak (sextortion).
- 18 yaşından küçükleri içeren ya da hedefleyen her türlü içerik ve profil.
Önlemlerimiz
- Kayıt sırasında doğum tarihi sorulur; 18 yaşından küçükler için profil oluşturulmaz (sunucuda denetlenir).
- Uygulamanın her ekranında "Reşit değil" sebebiyle şikâyet edilebilir. Böyle bir şikâyet geldiği anda profil, inceleme bitene dek Date vitrininden ve rastgele eşleşmeden çekilir ve inceleme ekibine öncelikli olarak iletilir. Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için bir kişinin bir günde gönderdiği olağan dışı sayıda bildirim, profil çekilmeden önce elle incelenir.
- Şikâyet ve engel anında ilgili sohbetin son mesajlarının bir kopyası alınır; kanıt, gönderen mesajını silse de inceleme için korunur.
- Sohbette gönderilen fotoğraflar, şikâyet beklenmeden yetkili ekibimizce incelenebilir. Fotoğraflara yalnız denetim panelinden bakılır; paneldeki her görüntüleme ve her karar kayda geçer. Gönderen, henüz incelenmemiş bir fotoğrafı ya da hesabını silerek onu incelemeden kaçıramaz: fotoğraf sohbetten kalkar ama silindikten sonra 30 güne kadar incelemeye açık kalır; bu sürede kaldırılırsa kopyası en geç 12 ay saklanır. Kaldırılan fotoğrafın dosyası kullanıcıların erişemeyeceği ayrı bir alana taşınır. Çocuk istismarı şüphesi taşıyan fotoğraf kaldırılır, hesap kapatılır; fotoğraf, o sohbetten alınan kanıt ve gönderenin kanıttaki kendi mesajları yetkili mercilere teslim edilmek üzere yasal süreç boyunca korunur.
- İhlal saptanan hesap uyarısız ve kalıcı olarak kapatılır; aynı kişinin aynı e-posta adresiyle yeniden hesap açması engellenir.
- Şikâyetler en geç 24 saat içinde incelenir.
Yetkililerle işbirliği
- Çocuk istismarı içeren içerik ve davranışları Türkiye'de Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü'ne ve İhbar Web'e (ihbarweb.org.tr), gerektiğinde NCMEC dahil uluslararası kuruluşlara bildiririz.
- Yetkili mercilerin yasal taleplerine mevzuatın öngördüğü usul ve sürede yanıt veririz.
Bildirim ve irtibat
- Uygulamada: kişinin profilinde, sohbette ya da maç menüsünde "Şikâyet et" › "Reşit değil".
- E-posta: [email protected] — çocuk güvenliği irtibat kişimize doğrudan ulaşır.
- Bir çocuğun hemen tehlikede olduğunu düşünüyorsan önce 112'yi ara.
Child Safety Standards
Glowy is only for people aged 18 and over. As Glowy, we have absolute zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page explains how we put that principle into practice.
What is forbidden
- Producing, sharing, requesting or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Approaching a child for sexual purposes, or gaining their trust to deceive them (grooming).
- Sexual communication with a minor; asking for or sending sexual images.
- Threatening or blackmailing a child with images (sextortion).
- Any content or profile involving or targeting people under 18.
Our safeguards
- Date of birth is required at sign-up; no profile can be created for anyone under 18 (enforced on the server).
- Anyone can be reported as "Underage" from every screen of the app. As soon as such a report arrives, the profile is withdrawn from the Date showcase and random matching until the review is done, and the report goes to the review team with priority. To prevent abuse, an unusual number of such reports from one person in a single day is reviewed by hand before the profile is withdrawn.
- When a report or block is made, a copy of the latest messages of that chat is taken; the evidence is kept for review even if the sender deletes the message.
- Photos sent in chats may be reviewed by our authorised team without waiting for a report. Photos are viewed only through our review panel, and every view and every decision in the panel is logged. A sender cannot escape review by deleting a photo that has not yet been reviewed, or by deleting their account: the photo disappears from the chat but stays open to review for up to 30 days after deletion; if it is removed within that time, its copy is kept for at most 12 months. The file of a removed photo is moved to a separate area that users cannot access. A photo suspected of child sexual abuse is removed and the account is closed; the photo, the evidence taken from that chat and the sender's own messages in evidence are preserved for as long as the legal process requires, to be handed over to the competent authorities.
- An account found in breach is closed permanently and without warning; the same person is prevented from opening a new account with the same email address.
- Reports are reviewed within 24 hours at most.
Working with the authorities
- We report content and behaviour involving child abuse to the General Directorate of Security and İhbar Web (ihbarweb.org.tr) in Türkiye and, where needed, to international bodies including NCMEC.
- We respond to lawful requests from the competent authorities in the manner and within the time required by law.
